In Episode 14 of the Luminnovation Podcast, I visit with FIRST Robotics Team, FRC1255 The Blarglefish from Baytown, Texas on Kickoff Day for the 2018 FRC Season. FIRST Robotics is a worldwide high school robotics competition with thousand of teams participating. FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) is an organization that uses robotics competitions to encourage students to pursue careers in science, technology and mathematics. In This episode, the Blarglefish share what they learned about the upcoming 2018 seasons Game Challenge, called FIRST Power-Up, and they also talk about how FIRST has changed their future career path.
